Ingredients:
1 (6 oz) package of long grain/wild rice mix
2 C. hot water
6 pork chops
1/4 t. pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 C. milk
Directions:
Mix rice (with seasoning) in hot water
Place in lightly greased casserole dish
Sprinkle chops with pepper
Place over rice
Cover with foil or lid
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
Uncover, mix soup and milk
Pour over chops and bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes
